From a young age, Ash has always had a love of all things film. Growing up watching the classics in the cinema and at home, he developed a passion and love for the art of storytelling, which is something he has taken through into his career as a filmmaker.

Over 15 years, Ash has worked in a variety of sectors, from capturing weddings to crafting corporate and promotional films, as well as filming television adverts. He has worked with brands such as National Lottery, Selfridges, New Era, Manchester United and British Cycling, lending his cinematic approach to everything he undertakes.

At the heart of everything he does however is a desire to capture the story being told, believing that no matter how big or small, every story matters. It is this blend of his cinematic shooting style and approach to storytelling that makes him perfect filmmaker for capturing your special day.

When not busy capturing or editing your big day, Ash runs his production company North Film. Outside of that, he can be found at home with his little boy Oscar, wife Laura and border collie Fletcher.
